What is included in my rent?
Rent includes cable & high-speed internet service, water, trash, and access to all of our community amenities.
What utilities are not included in my rent?
Residents are responsible for electric.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are pet-friendly with some restrictions. See our pet policy for more info.
Do you have reserved parking?
No, residents have free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do you have garages?
Yes! We have garage units available for rent for $150/month.
How do I apply?
You can apply online or print off an application and mail it in or bring it to us, or you can stop by and fill out an application at the clubhouse. There is a $40 per person application fee that can be paid with cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in person at the clubhouse, leave it in our drop box, or pay online through Propertyware.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes, short-term leases (considered anything less than 1 year) are available with a $75/month fee.
What school district is the Overlook located in?
We are located in the South Warren school district.
